I've used GrubHub for 2years and have had mostly positive experiences. If I have a bad experience, the customer service team quickly makes it better by offering a refund or discount voucher for my next order. And if the restaurant happens to forget an item, I call the restaurant directly and they make it right also. Overall great experience and I highly recommend.

I have used Grubhub quite a bit, so far their service has been good, food delivered on time, orders have been correct and the drivers even call me to let me know my orders have arrived.

Only the third time I've used Grubhub. The food at Piccolo Italian Restaurant was outstanding. Delivered right on time - it was still hot. I'm very happy and will definitely order again. Kudos to the nice driver, too!

"Common sense"
I have never had any issue with grubhub. As I'm a fairly intelligent person and understand how things work. I have received wrong orders, missing foods, etc several times. Not a grubhub issue clearly. They're just the messenger. I dont order from those places any longer as the issue is the restaurant not the delivery service.

Hey guess what dummy, if the restaurant messed up your order that isn't the apps fault and they don't owe you jack! Best ux for meal delivery, reliable, great selection of restaurants. No complaints with this app. People give it a bad rap for no reason.

I've never had an issue with the app or drivers, only 2 issues out of hundreds of orders and they were restaurant related (wrong or forgotten food). App is always spot on with estimated delivery time and driver location. Even when I went on vacation for 2 weeks, I never had problems in the other state. My go-to app for food delivery!

Using "apps" is almost a must in todays day and age. The experience is always great. Easy to find what im looking for. Plenty of perks if you are on a super tight budget. The few mishaps I have encountered Grubhub has stepped up and taken responsibility fast. Grubhub is the only platform I dont worry if my food will arrive or not.

It's a great service but what I don't understand if the drivers are putting themselves In jeopardy why is Isn't grub hub pay a fair wage I'm a driver and they try to send me 20 miles for 6 bucks with this Corona virus thing going on it's ridiculous at least Paying $18 an hour until this epidemic is over stop being greedy and pay your driver's A decent wage or watch them start quitting like Amazon and instacart

i use Grubhub regularly. As a single working woman the convenience is unmatched. The options and choices are perfect for my needs. Also, now that I am quarantined during COVID19, the option to have it delivered without contact is mindful and health conscious. Much appreciated!

"Hello everyone"
Hello everyone! I’m actually a driver for Grub Hub and I genuinely care about my customers! It’s a nightmare at times also for us drivers, the restaurants get the orders wrong, our navigation sends us to wrong locations, the wait time is longer due to overwhelming demand because the virus is making most order take out now! After I delivered an order and it was verified at the restaurant it was correct, I left and got a call that it was wrong but I was already gone onto my next customer, meanwhile I was frantically calling the restaurant to make it right, talked with my customer! I never got through to the restaurant and it was a far distance from the customer! Then the restaurant was closed! I was stressing out so much you have no idea! I just wanted everyone happy!! I know it looks bad on the customers side but please understand, us drivers who really care go through hell to make sure your satisfied! I really enjoy Grub Hub on the good days and I truly appreciate my customers!! I’m sure there’s probably drivers who may not care as much I really can’t say but I understand your frustrations!
